ATCHUNG!!!
PARLIMENTARY ELECTION IS ON THE 6TH OF MAY
this mean NO MOBILISATION!!! WOOOOO!! hurrah hurrah~ just hope they wont pull me to do a ballotbox delivery.. coz its on a friggin saturday and im planning to set up a flea market on that same fucking day on the 6th. But on the bright sight i get to see all those victory marches like if they won the vote. My decision on who to vote... i gotta see what the other parties have to offer :D.
BUT on the 2nd thought.. think about it. The People's Action Party has done ALOT for us. They have mould our lifes from porverty to prosperity... to some actually. Being poor and underpaid in Singapore might and might not be the government's fault. Look at those who are underpaid. Why are they underpaid or jobless? because they dont have the right education to qualify for a better job. That is why Education is important for YOUR future. i did not realise this until im in the national service. In Singapore, Education is your life boat having a Cert of Skill from ITE to a Diploma or PHD. Singapore a small country with 2 million citizens and counting only 70% of us has jobs.
Another faux pas is.. Aliens.. or the government like to call them "Foreign Talents". They use Foreign Talents to build up the status of our economy and the future of modernisation and westerisation. So why are they here? Is it that we're useless and untalented? is the government looking down on us? or maybe they cant trust us? ok maybe im speculating too much but the future here must be moulded and brought up by us! WE must learn from the "foreign talents" not USE them. This means ALL OF US must work hard and struggle from the start of when you start to count in school till the day you learn about biomedical science till the day on your first real job so we can flush these foreign talents out of this country and more opportunities will be opened for us!. Then All of us wont complain about the average or low standards of living here.
This last paragraph for this entry is about us.. the Malay community. So far the Government has been recruiting malay MPs into their league. These MPs are in the GAME now.. theyre playing with the big boys now. Yet these Malay MPs are given non important appoinments rather than an important appointment like finance or foreign. WHY? because we cant be trusted. They will never trust us in holding these fragile appoinments. Im not being a racist deliquent, im just curious why we, Malay Muslims, are not totally trusted? Like me asking for a night of staying out from my PC he trusted me because i will come back the next day early and on time. Why dont they trust us? Look at Mr Durai he use the NKF fund to do his bathroom.. NKF FUND.. people are dying to have their kidney changed and it has been use to renovate a bathroom. You see, just because that we are a minority we cannot be trusted that is just wrong. It is up to that person to be honest and sincere.It can be possible that everyone cant be trusted
All they need to see that we are not bastards or backstabbers. We malay Muslims are Singaporean and this is our home, we are part of the island and give us Malays a chance to proof ourselves that we are worthy to be responsible to build to be prosperour or protect our nation from terrorist scums.
My conclusion is Singaporean youths who are still schooling.. especially us the malay muslim youths, STRUGGLE to get a better life and STRUGGLE for open opportunities. We young people must have that mindset. Party Hard and Study Hard there must be a balance. The world is not like 100 years before where manpower are based on the masses to produce products for the masses themselves, now its all about machines and all about skills to maintain, repair, design, build or invent these machines in the modern industrial era thus Education and Skill is one of the most important resources that we need now to survive. |
